1st Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Manakin Sabot, Virginia is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist with managing golf operations and related activities and services. Top priority will be maintaining the club’s traditions while proactively implementing creative programs and events to increase participation in club activities.

Core areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide a high level of consistent service to members and guests.
• Managing daily golf operations and pace of play on the course.
• Promoting the club’s golf program.
• Promoting and coordinating a strong junior golf program.
• Providing golf lessons and clinics for all skill levels.
• Managing golf carts, practice range, club storage, and locker rooms as determined by the Head Golf Professional.
• Playing golf with members of all skill levels.
• Interpreting and enforcing The Rules of Golf and Club policies.
• Operates the Golf Shop in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.
• Assists with Golf Shop inventory control.
• Ensures accurate entry of tournament winners into the credit book.

Requirements:
2 years of experience.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
