Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Brooksville, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
You will be accountable for the training, coaching and supervision and quality control of the Turf Care Team. You will be responsible for overseeing all agronomic programs associated with our Audubon initiatives and in compliance with our Environmental Protection and Health and Safety Policy while leading and supervising project crews tasked with various golf course and resort enhancement projects.

Duties:
• Report daily to the Golf Course Superintendent on course activities and assignment completion.
• Allocate resources and equipment for crews to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records for all nutrient management, IPM, irrigation, and environmental programs.
• Implement accurate inventory management tracking with regards to department resources and assets.
• Exercise best maintenance practices and is client service focused.
• Participate in the company’s Occupational Health and Safety committee.
• Assist and communicate with all other golf and resort operational departments.
• Supervise, lead, and inspire teams to ensure all assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company’s standards as they relate to all resort activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:
Turf degree preferred, but not required with substantial experience.
Minimum of 3 years golf course maintenance experience.

Compensation:
$48,000 – $56,000 per year.
401, health insurance, and bonuses based on performance.
