Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Hamden, Connecticut is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The selected candidate will work closely with the Head Golf Professional, Lead Assistant Professional, Director of Outside Services as well as other managers throughout the club to ensure the highest level of service to the membership and their guests. A successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily golf operation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist and/or manage the Golf Shop and merchandising responsibilities.
• A personable and professional individual with the ability to engage members on a daily basis.
• Assist in displaying Golf Shop merchandise.
• Assist the Head Professional and Tournament Director in the management and execution of an extensive tournament schedule.
• Assist Head Professional and Lead Assistant Professional with the day to day management of the golf operation.
• Opportunity for privagte and group lessons with a strong junior and ladies program
• Play golf with the members and participate in section events
• Understand and communicate to the members club policies i.e. rules, pace of play, dress code, etc.

This position will begin the spring 2025 season.

Compensation:
$1,000.00 – $1,300.00 per year.
