2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Carmel, California is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in planning and supervising, of greens, tees and fairways, and layout of all construction on the course.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work including assignment to applicable staff, to achieve the most efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Maintain tees, greens, fairways, rough and bunkers to a standard as determined by the Superintendent.
• Supervise and participate in the fertilization, pesticide application, planting, and maintenance of the golf course, putting greens, and 5-acre event site.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience supervising others.
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
CA Qualified Applicator Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Thorough knowledge of construction and maintenance of golf greens, tees, fairways, and various types of turf grasses used on the golf course.

Compensation:
$66,560 – $70,000 per year.
