Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Duluth, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist with the daily tasks and procedures of the Golf Operation.

Essential Responsibilities
• Provide a visible, professional, and positive presence throughout the club and Golf Operation.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures of the Golf Shop.
• Manage tee sheet reservations, adjustments, and cancellations.
• Perform club fitting and minor club repair services.
• Conduct individual lessons and group clinics.
• Manage the outside operation including staff, golf cart fleet management and bag room organization.
• Aid & lead in the administration of tournaments.
• Head the communication and setup for outside outings.
• Assist with aspects of the merchandising operation as needed including receiving inventory, special orders, and managing monthly inventory levels.
• Manage pace of play and assist starters and rangers when needed.

Requirements:
PGA Member or PGM Associate preffered.
Prior experience as an Assistant Golf Professional preferred; candidates with experience suited to a First Assistant role are encouraged to apply.
Strong background in golf operations, merchandising, and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Word, Excel and Golf Genius software.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
