Outside Golf Services Attendant
Country Club in El Paso, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:

Multi tasking at the highest level & a sense of urgency in your timing are the most desirable traits for us.

Summary of Essential Functions:
• Serve as the first point of contact with members and their guests at Valet & Bag Drop. Assist them in a timely fashion by providing carts from the cart barn, to the cart staging area outside the pro shop.
• Assist the Starter with cart maintenance and tracking by writing the number of the carts down. They must observe the cart for damage before it goes out and again for damage when it comes back in. They immediately tell the pro shop attendant if there is damage and who was responsible.
• Properly maintain a clean cart fleet by cleaning and stocking them properly with new scorecards, pencils, towels, ice, waters, & sand bottles in the carts.
• Must keep the bag room clean & organized with bags in proper slots for each access so they can be removed and loaded onto carts.
• Must keep the bag staging area clean and organized.
• Maintain the Driving Range by transporting range balls to each end and filling the appropriate containers. Keep a presence on the top deck and clean clubs if necessary as members/guests practice.
• Safely operates range cart and ball picker on range to retrieve balls, washing all range balls daily.
• Removes bags from carts and return bags to assigned rack in bag room or back up to valet/bag.

Requirements:
Must be able to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment.
Must have a good attitude.
A good understanding of the Golf Industry & the ability to anticipate members needs.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.
Must be able lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
Requires long periods of standing and frequent bending.
Ideally working towards a career in the golf industry.
