Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Austin, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Has primary responsibility for assisting the Head Golf Professional and Senior Assistant Golf Professional in day-to-day operations. He or she is also responsible for leading, directing and managing all aspects of a premier private golf facility, while maintaining a consistent golf operation with the Membership’s expectations for excellence in quality, efficiency and reputation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Assistant and Head Golf Professional supervise and manage the total golf operations.
• Play Golf with members.
• Be familiar with V1 teaching software and assist with club fitting and the use of Trackman.
• Assist Merchandiser with Hard good buying.
• Help Starter on First Tee and Marshal Golf Course.
• Help Monitor Driving Range operation.
• Lead Assistant on all MGA and Junior Tournaments.
• Make sure shop is tidy and clean at all times.
• Promote and teach the game of golf.
• Maintain Professional image.
• Help teaching Professional coordinate summer Sport Camps and junior programs.
• Maintain all controls inventory, cash bank etc.
• UPS shipping.
• Club repair.

Requirements:
Qualifications for this job would be enrolled in the PGA education program.
High School Diploma or GE.
At least 1-3 years of experience.
Country Club experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills are a plus.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year.
