Golf Shop Staff
Golf Shop in Billerica, Massachusetts is looking for a Golf Shop Staff.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Greet and welcome customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with setting up and using the golf simulators.
• Provide basic instruction and tips to customers on using the simulators and improving their golf game.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including simulator bays and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the simulators.
• Promote and sell memberships, lessons, and other services.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
• Assist with special events and tournaments hosted at the facility.

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of golf.
Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing assistance.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a golf-related role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
