2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Butler, Georgia is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:

• Assist in managing and motivating a growing staff that will total up to 60 employees in the next calendar year.
• Be exposed to and participate in golf course construction.
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair.
• Responsible for chemical/fertilizer applications.
• Assist in managing and participate in daily golf course maintenance.
• Hands on position that requires leadership and a keen eye for attention to detail.

Requirements:
2-4 year degree or certificate preferred, but not required.
Previous golf course maintenance experience required.
Highly motivated individual that would like to take the next step in their career and be a part of a once in a lifetime grow-in opportunity.
Passion for the industry and the game of golf.
Flexibility, willing/able to adapt to the different phases of the project.
Team-player that is willing to assist where necessary on property.

Compensation:
$24 – $25 per hour.
