Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Naples, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Daily course setup and operations, irrigation management, pest & disease identification, agronomic planning, and team safety meetings.

Requirements:
Golf Course Management experience required.
A 2–4-year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong work ethic, a love of the game, and desire to excel in the industry is a must
Evaluate & Manage staff performance daily to set standards.
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
Team oriented, willing to listen, present ideas, and lead a Team.
Able to promote a safe work environment through proper training and PPE.
Must obtain Florida RUP license within first 6 months of employment.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Required to lift at least 50 lbs.

Compensation:
$90,000.00 per year.
