Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Medinah, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Participates with and contributes to the management team; trains, mentors and monitors staff and interns in chem./fert applications; meets/interfaces with vendors; inventory control; irrigation/water management; winter equipment maintenance and repair; disease scouting; drainage repairs; ensures success of quality playing surfaces.
Requirements:
Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Science or related field.
Excellent employment history; strong work ethic; minimum 2-year Degree in Turf Management or related field; 2 years previous golf course experience; proven ability to work within team atmosphere.
Compensation:
$25 per hour.
