Director of Golf
Golf Course in Missouri City, Texas is looking for a Director of Golf.

Position Overview:
Reports directly to the General Manager and is a significant role within our facility including overseeing all golf course management activities and daily golf facility management responsibilities. This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional hospitality management skills, a passion for golf, a complete understanding of customer service in hospitality, and a keen business acumen to rive revenue growth and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You need to be able to prepare annual/monthly budgets for golf operations and make adjustments as needed to achieve revenue or cost targets, create then execute plans to improve quality of operation and financial results, manage club policies, rules, and regulations, and oversee policies governing the use of the golf course, golf carts, and golf facilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in business management, golf operations or a related field is preferred.
3 years management in the golf industry with golf pro shop, clubhouse operations, or course management experience being preferred.
PGA Class A certification status or progress or PGM 3.0/3.1 is preferred.

Compensation:
$70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year.
