Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Country Club, Missouri is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position is a hands-on management position working with the Keeper of the Greens in all aspects of the operation. For the motivated candidate, he/she will develop their knowledge and skills while becoming a well-prepared leader to take the next step in their career. The position will assign, supervise and follow up on the daily maintenance of the golf course, practice facility, clubhouse landscapes.

Requirements:
Preferred is a two-year degree or certificate in a turf-related field or the desire and ability to obtain one.
Previous work experience on a golf course, sports field or landscape.
Ability to perform any task needed to meet course standards.
Highly motivated with strong work ethic and a positive can-do spirit.
Attention to detail, ability to lead, identify and assign or complete tasks.
Good oral and written communication skills with members and staff.
Must be able to multitask while adapting and changing to weather, staffing or seasonal needs.

Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year.
