Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Columbus, Georgia is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
This position will wait on golfers checking in to play golf, use our practice facilities, or make purchases from the pro shop. The attendant will accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to our customers.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Customer Service.
Able to welcome customers, address their questions – both in-person and telephone.
Cash handling experience.
Knowledge on how to operate cash registers, and other electronics.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Attention to detail.
Able to open and close the golf shop on days you are assigned to work.
Stocking merchandise and snack/drink selections.
Maintaining a clean workspace.
Occasional outdoor requirements dealing with golf cart staging area and golf cart returns.
Must be able to work alone with limited supervision.
Basic math and computer skills.
Knowledge of recreational golf is preferred.
Various other requirements as assigned.
Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age, presently in high school, have a high school diploma or GED, or any combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include late afternoons and/or early evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must be willing to work outdoors.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour.
