Assistant Golf Coach
College in Savannah, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Coach.
Position Overview:
Help run all aspects of the golf program. Responsibilities include recruiting prospective student-athletes, planning and executing practices, prepare teams for tournament situations, assisting the head coach with coordinating, developing, and improving player skills and team strategy, and giving pre-game, half-time, and post-game analysis for improvement. In this role you will be expected to encourage and promote excellence in academics for team members, accompany teams as a coach to all events, work cooperatively with staff and personnel at all golf facilities, and assist with tournament scheduling.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous collegiate coaching and recruitment experience.
Valid driver’s license .
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous coaching and recruitment experience.
