Head Girls Golf Coach
School in Addison, Michigan is looking for a Head Girls Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
The individual selected will oversee all aspects of the Golf Team.

Job functions may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Developing and communicating clear and specific goals for the team and individual players.
• Maintaining open and honest communication with students, parents, other coaches, and Athletic Director.
• Developing and demonstrating a good knowledge base of best practices specific to their coaching arena.
• Evaluating assistant coaches, Junior Varsity and middle school coaches when appropriate.
• Developing an off-season program for the Varsity team.
• Developing a youth program.
• Working with the team budget.
• Supporting student academic expectations, responsibilities, and achievements.
• Promoting and enforcing the student-athlete code of conduct.
• Connecting athletic experiences with life experiences.
• Providing an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration among coaches and players.
• Becoming an integral part of and developing rapport with the Addison Community including administration, coaches, parents, Athletic Booster Club, and students.
• Modeling good sportsmanship always.
• Creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for student-athletes.
• Understanding their leadership style and its impact for student-athletes.
• Game and practice attire should be professional and appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Looking for individuals who have prior coaching experience at the high school or college level and for individuals who have experience running a successful program.
