Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Grand Blanc Twp, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for our 18-hole championship golf course. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in high-profile projects such as our upcoming maintenance facility upgrade in 2024 and a complete irrigation system overhaul in 2026.

Key responsibilities, skills, aptitude, and knowledge:
• Collaborate with the golf course superintendent on all aspects of course maintenance.
• Supervise and guide staff in daily operations, ensuring high standards.
• Manage chemical and fertilizer applications, irrigation troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Participate in preparing the course for major PGA events, enhancing your expertise in golf course management.

Requirements:
Degree or Certificate in Agronomy or related field.
3+ years of experience in golf course management; supervisory roles preferred.
Current State Pesticide License or ability to obtain.

Compensation:
$75,000 – $80,000 per year.
