Outside Golf Operations Team Member
Country Club in Estero, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Team Member.

Position Overview:
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our members and guests have an enjoyable and memorable time at our club.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and assisting members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Managing golf carts, clubs, and equipment efficiently and ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Assisting with bag drop-off and pick-up services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized outside services area.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette (experience is a plus but not required).
Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $25.00 per hour.
