Outside Golf Services Supervisor
Golf Club in Humble, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Services Supervisor.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire Outside Operation.
o Manage Cart Fleet of 160.
o Oversee Range Operations.
o Maintain Practice Area Cleanliness.
o Cart Barn/Bag Storage Organization.
• Greet and Welcome members & guests.
• Assist Golf Professional Staff with Golf Operations.
• Providing Exceptional Service to Members & Guests.
• Play a Role in Scheduling Staff.
• Actively Manage and Oversee Outside Staff.
• Assist the Professional Staff with Inventory of Towels, Range Balls, Tees, Scorecards, Pencils and Shag Bags.
• Train and integrate new employees.
• Provide guidance and feedback to new employees.
• Making sure goals and expectations are met every day.
• Ensuring staff is engaged and responsible during business hours.

Requirements:
1-2 years of Outside Golf Service.
Golf knowledge.

Compensation:
$13.00 – $15.00 per hour.
