Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in helping golfers refine their techniques, improve their performance, and elevate their overall enjoyment of the game without the concerns of weather, seasons, or daylight. Through your passion for teaching and deep knowledge of the sport, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide players on their journey to becoming better golfers.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of various skill levels, utilizing our cutting-edge indoor simulators.
• Provide expert guidance on swing mechanics, shot analysis, club selection, and overall game improvement.
• Utilize launch monitor technology and swing analysis tools to provide accurate feedback and data-driven insights to students.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes enthusiasm and a passion for golf.
• Organize and promote Leagues , golf clinics, workshops, and special events to enhance the student experience.
• Build strong relationships with students, fostering a sense of community and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and All Seasons team members to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a golf instructor, preferably with experience teaching on indoor simulators.
Strong understanding of golf swing mechanics, club fitting, and course management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Proficient in using launch monitor technology and swing analysis tools to provide accurate feedback.
Capable of utilizing a web-based booking platform to create and manage student lesson sessions.
Passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their golfing goals.
Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students’ schedules.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
