Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Millbrae, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties:
● Restoration of green complexes consistent to the Mackenzie design philosophy.
● Restoration of bunkers.
● Tree work.
● Fairway drainage.
● Completion or enrollment in 2 or 4 year turf program or extensive golf course experience.
● Water management.
● General understanding of application of turf care products including pesticides and fertilizers.
● Irrigation repair and basic understanding of irrigation principles.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 season of experience on a golf course in maintenance.
Strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and ability to interact with members, managers and employees.
Obtain California QAL within 6 months of hire date.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 per year.
