Golf Brand is looking for a Independent Sales Representative.

Position Overview:
Independent Sales Representative: Golf Channel (Sunski – Sun Protection Brand – SPF and Sunglasses)

About us
Sunski is a sun protection brand established in 2012. We make lifestyle and performance sunglasses and SPF designed for enthusiasts who love to do their favorite activities outside. Sunski is an established brand in the Outdoor and Fashion space, and we’re building a team to enter the golf space: pro shops, country clubs, resorts, and specialty retailers. We need reps who already have trusted relationships with the best in your territories.

The role
You’ll sell our line into golf accounts in your territory as an independent (1099) rep: pro shops, public and private clubs, resorts, golf specialty retailers, and off-course golf stores. You’ll write orders, support reorders, and keep your accounts well stocked and well merchandised. Some event work may be required as well.

Responsibilities
• Call on and grow accounts in your territory
• Present seasonal lines and write opening and reorder orders
• Set up displays and train shop staff on product and fit
• Attend demo days, member events, and trade shows (PGA Show, regional shows) as agreed
• Share monthly updates on pipeline, sell-through, and competitor activity
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years selling into the golf channel (soft goods, hard goods, or accessories)
• An active book of buyers: head pros, GMs, and golf retail buyers
• Comfortable carrying a non-conflicting line (no direct sunglass competitors)
• Self-starter who can manage a territory without supervision
• Bonus: playing ability and credibility with golfers

Compensation
• Commission of 10% on net sales, paid monthly
• Samples and display materials provided at no cost
• No cap on earnings
Territory and terms
• Territory: We’re currently looking for coverage in Northeast, Midwest, South Central, Western, and PAC NW territories.
• Sample kit, line sheets, and marketing support provided
• Sunski’s North American sales efforts are managed by Waypoint Outdoor, the premier sales agency in the Outdoor Channel. As a 1099 Sales Rep, your contract would be with Waypoint Outdoor, and you would work closely with both Waypoint and Sunski team members. As part of your relationship with Waypoint, you may have the option to support sales for other brands in the Waypoint portfolio.
