Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Cary, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The qualified Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Superintendent and is responsible for the guidance and leadership of all daily Golf Course Operations as well as Club Ground Operations. Strong leadership and crew management skills are required in order to maintain the Property with high expectations and attention to detail. The Candidate must be highly motivated, hardworking, and passionate in progressing their career into a Golf Course Superintendent. The ideal candidate must be able to work on a weekend and Holiday Rotation.

Requirements
• Must have Prior Golf Couse experience.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a NC Pesticide Applicators License within 90 days.
• Must have Strong decision-making skills and be able to lead the crew into establishing Course and Club Ground operations at a high level of standard.
• Must be able to coordinate and solve problems in a professional manner.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must be able to operate all Golf Course Maintenance equipment.
• Fix and improve irrigation problems when necessary.

Compensation
$58,000 to $65,000 per year.
