Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette. Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests. Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the shop’s presentation and inventory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude. Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedure.
