Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Naples, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional is a dedicated, service-oriented team member who contributes significantly to delivering an exceptional golf experience at Quail Creek Country Club. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven environment and takes pride in providing elevated service to members and guests. Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Assistant Golf Professional supports all aspects of daily golf operations across the Club’s 36-hole facility — including tee time management, member services, tournament assistance, merchandising, instructional programs, and pace-of-play monitoring. This position works closely with the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, Ladies Head Golf Professional, Tournament Coordinator, and the entire Golf Operations Team to ensure a polished and professional golf experience. The Assistant Golf Professional is a visible and engaged presence on the golf course, upholding the Club’s values of professionalism, hospitality, and a passion for the game.

Requirements
• Preferred to be a current member of the PGA of America or LPGA, or actively pursuing PGA or LPGA Professional status (ex PGA Apprentice), demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence in the golf industry.
• Prior experience in golf operations within a private country club, luxury resort, or upscale hospitality setting is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a hospitality-forward setting.
• Demonstrates strong personal accountability, takes ownership of responsibilities, and consistently leads by example in all aspects of the golf operation and beyond.
• Brings a deep appreciation for the game of golf – it’s history, traditions, and business – and uses that passion to elevate the member experience while fostering enjoyment and respect for the game at Quail Creek Country Club.

Compensation
$50,000.00 per year.
