Golf Coach
Golf course in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Works closely with the High Performance Coach, S&C Specialists, and PTs to deliver golf-specific instruction within a larger performance framework. This role requires not only coaching ability but also comfort with data-driven technology and integration into an athlete’s overall performance plan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized golf instruction focused on swing mechanics, skill development, and performance transfer.
• Conduct golf performance assessments using GEARS 3D, force plates, and video analysis.
• Collaborate with HP Coach, S&C, and PT providers to align golf instruction with strength, mobility, and rehab goals.
• Educate athletes on practice strategies, performance psychology, and on-course application.
• Maintain accurate lesson records and contribute to integrated athlete tracking systems.
• Support athlete preparation during training cycles and competition schedules.

Requirements:
PGA, LPGA, or equivalent recognized coaching credential.
Minimum 3 years of coaching experience, preferably with elite juniors, amateurs, or professional golfers.
Strong understanding of swing biomechanics, motor learning, and performance development.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and adapt to varied learning styles.
Own liability insurance (proof required).

Preferred:
Experience with GEARS 3D, TrackMan, or similar golf tech systems.
TPI Certification or advanced golf fitness/biomechanics background.
Proven ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary performance environment.
High professionalism, adaptability, and discretion when working with elite athletes.

Compensation:
$150.00 per hour.
