Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf course in Wellington, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
As part of our Player Services team, you’ll be at the front line of ensuring our members and guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll work closely with other members of the team, assisting with golf carts, driving range, bag handling, and all aspects of the golf experience. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. You’ll be the first face they see and play an integral part in their overall experience at the course.
• Team Collaboration: Work as a part of a tight-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll rely on your teammates, and they’ll rely on you, to keep everything running seamlessly, from managing golf carts to maintaining a clean and organized range.
• Ensure a Seamless Member Experience: Assist with bag handling, golf cart setup, and coordinate guest arrivals and departures. Make sure every detail is attended to so that our members enjoy a hassle-free experience.
• Maintain Course Appearance and Equipment: Ensure golf carts are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Assist with maintaining the driving range, ensuring it’s well-stocked with balls and in top condition for all guests.

Requirements:
Love of Golf: A passion for the game of golf with previous experience in Player services preferred.
Positive Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor that helps create a welcoming environment for our members and guests.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, supporting your teammates to achieve the best possible member experience.
