Outside Golf Course Operations Captain
Golf course in Dallas, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Course Operations Captain.

Position Overview:
This position begins as an Outside Operations Supervisor, and if successful, it will lead to a role in the golf shop as an AIT. We strive to promote from within, so this can eventually lead to an Assistant Golf Professional position. PGA Education expenses are paid for by the club while working in the Outside Operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Assist in managing outside operations, including golf carts, cart barn, practice facilities, bag drop, and bag room.
• Assist in managing up to 30 part-time outside operation employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
Golf knowledge and playing experience.
Experience working in outside operations or golf shop is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced workplace.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Outgoing and energetic personality.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
