Assistant Golf Coach
University in Providence, Rhode Island is looking for an Assistant Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
This seasonal position will work with the Head Coach, Club Golf, to lead the highly competitive men’s club golf program as well as actively engaging with the expansion of recreational golf opportunities on the campus. This role includes presence at practices, both on and off campus, and competition, assisting with oversight for safety and risk management of the team, exposure to rules and etiquette of the sport, instruction in skills and technique of sport, and assistance in appropriate conditioning of athletes to participate in their sport.

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
Some prior golf coaching experience, preferred.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
Must be certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.
The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal and DMV background check satisfactory to the university prior to commencing employment.
