Golf course in Naples, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:

Together, you’ll help shape a new culture of excellence and innovation in course care and management. This position is designed for a young professional who is eager to take the next step in their career. The right candidate will gain hands-on leadership experience with the clear trajectory of one day managing the classics course. Requirements:
3–5 years of golf course maintenance experience.
2- or 4-year degree (or certificate) in turf management or related field.
Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of the standards required to deliver excellent playing conditions.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
