Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Fallbrook, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Supports the overall operation of the golf shop and the delivery of golf services to guests. This position assists with tee time management, merchandising, tournaments, instruction, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about golf.

Requirements:
PGA associate or willingness to become a PGA associate preferred.
Previous golf shop or golf operations experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in point-of-sale systems and tee sheet software (e.g., GolfNow).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of the game of golf, USGA rules, and golf etiquette.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Compensation:
$18.50 – $18.50 per hour.
