Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Palm City, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Work closely with the Head Golf Professional to provide outstanding customer service, promote a positive environment for customers and employees, and enforce all club policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, service-oriented and possess strong computer skills. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a career in the golf industry. You will be exposed to all facets of the golf operation and develop the skills necessary to be successful in the golf industry.

Inside Golf Operations Responsibilities:
• Assist with golfer check-in, fee collection and play management.
• Answer phone inquiries.
• Assist with tournament/outing operations.
• Provide group and private instruction (based on experience).
• Assist with inventory control including ordering, receiving, pricing, merchandising.
• Assist with customer inquiries.
• Train staff.
• Enforce club policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Outside Golf Operations Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of employee schedules.
• Maintain and police practice facility.
• Train staff.
• Assist with on-course supervision.
• Assist with golf cart fleet management and maintenance.
• Enforce club policies and procedures.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
