Golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Professional.

You will be at the forefront of delivering a refined and memorable golf experience, serving as a vital part of the daily operations and often the first and last point of contact for members and guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless, service-driven experience that reflects the elegance, hospitality, and exclusivity of the club. Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm and professional greeting to all members and guests upon arrival.
• Perform valet duties with timely and courteous care during guest arrival and departure.
• Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and carts, ensuring efficient and careful handling.
• Offer assistance, directions, and general knowledge about the course, facilities, and club offerings.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance while engaging in friendly, service-focused interactions.
• Stage golf carts to Dutchman’s Pipe standards, equipped with pencils, towels, tees, water bottles, and sand bottles.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock golf carts after each use to ensure consistent presentation and readiness.
• Inspect golf carts daily and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Keep cart barn, staging areas, and valet zones clean, organized, and presentable.
• Set up, restock, and maintain practice facilities including driving range, short game area, and putting greens.
• Collect, clean, and restock range balls using range picker equipment and hand baskets.
• Replace broken tees, empty trash bins, and tidy practice areas regularly.
• Provide detailed club cleaning service before and after each round.
• Organize and store member bags accurately within the bag room system.
• Maintain efficient and clean bag storage systems and assist in locating bags when needed.
• Assist with golf events and tournaments by setting up cart signs, scorecards, goodie bags, tee gifts, signage, and water stations.
• Provide real-time assistance during tournaments including escorting players, locating equipment, and restaging carts.
• Help with event breakdown and cleanup to ensure smooth transitions to daily operations.
• Monitor on-course amenities such as water stations, towel coolers, and sand/seed refills.
• Provide on-course support during peak hours including player shuttles, spotting duties, and supply restocking.
• Report member feedback, lost items, course issues, or guest concerns promptly to the Golf Shop or management team.

Requirements:
Current college students or recent graduates pursuing a career in golf management, hospitality, sports business, or a related field are highly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in a private club, golf course, or high-end hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in golf operations, instruction, or professional golf (PGA/PGM pathway candidates welcome).
A basic understanding of the game of golf, its etiquette, and pace-of-play principles is expected.
Must be comfortable working in a physically active, outdoor environment for extended periods.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour.
