Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Delray Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Golf Department. This includes, but is not limited to, tournament operations, golf course supervision, assistance with outside operations, golf shop duties, member committee participation, golf instruction for members and guests, and tee time administration.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Supervise the golf course and assist with outside operations.
• Manage and configure tee sheets using the Chelsea Tee Time System; oversee tee time utilization.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, assisting with equipment and merchandise needs.
• Communicate with the membership using the club’s digital platforms.
• Perform club repair services for members and guests.
• Oversee and manage the GHIN Handicap System.
• Use Club Car Visage GPS software to monitor pace of play and respond to member requests.
• Coordinate and oversee weekly golf leagues including the Ladies’ 9-Hole, Ladies’ 12-Hole, and Men’s 9-Hole leagues.
• Provide golf instruction and lessons, as approved by the Director of Golf.
• Perform golf shop duties, supporting the Director of Retail with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and assisting with monthly inventory.
• Attend member committee meetings as directed by the Director of Golf.
• Work with the Accounting Department to resolve any member billing or charge discrepancies.
• Develop and manage online registration platforms for member events.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, members, and guests.
• Adhere to all club regulations, policies, safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to voicemails and emails.

Requirements:
PGA Apprentice preferred.
At least 3 years of previous experience at a private golf facility.
