Head Golf Coach
University in Minot, North Dakota is looking for a Head Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and conduct practices and competitions for both men’s and women’s golf programs.
• Recruit and retain student-athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
• Promote a culture of compliance with NCAA, NSIC, and institutional rules and policies.
• Manage team travel, scheduling, and budget within allocated resources.
• Collaborate with academic support staff to monitor student-athlete progress and eligibility.
• Maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and student-athlete welfare.
• Represent the golf programs and the university in a positive and professional manner in the community and at university events.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated experience coaching golf at the collegiate, high school, or club level.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Collegiate playing experience.
Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations.
Experience with recruiting and program development.
