2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Naples, Florida is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents to ensure our course meets the highest standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing our members and guests with an exceptional golfing experience. Requirements:
Preferred: A 2- or 4-year degree in a Turfgrass-related field.
Considered: Applicants with degrees in other disciplines, provided they have relevant golf course work experience.

Experience and Expertise: At least 2 years of experience working on a golf course, demonstrating the ability to maintain turfgrass at the highest level. Proven success in training and motivating staff to perform tasks efficiently and with excellence.
Leadership Skills: A hands-on leader who can inspire, mentor, and guide the team toward achieving shared goals. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Commitment to Excellence: A strong sense of ownership and dedication to providing the best possible golfing experience for our members and guests every day.
Proactive Decision-Making: The ability to follow instructions while independently identifying and prioritizing tasks that need to be completed.

Compensation:
$25 – $30 per hour.
