Assistant Men’s Golf Coach
University in Clarksville, Tennessee is looking for an Assistant Men’s Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the Head Men’s Golf Coach with coaching responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists in: Coaching, organizing, and conducting practices for the Men’s Golf Team.
• Assists in: Driving student athletes to team activities and/or athletic activities.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Ability to effectively coach a collegiate golf team.
Ability to drive student athletes or recruits to team activities and/or athletic events.
Ability to interact with the public and work well with people.
Ability to promote golf and encourage participation in the sport.
Ability to understand and teach the game of golf.
Ability to assist in running golf tournaments.
Must have knowledge of the USGA Rules of Golf. LPGA, PGA, and/or TPI certification is recommended.
Must have at least one of the following: professional teaching experience, collegiate coaching experience, experience teaching the game of golf, or playing experience at the collegiate level or beyond.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
