Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in El Dorado Hills, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Assist with golf shop operations, tee sheet management, check-ins, and course information.
• Support sales and merchandising efforts, including inventory control and visual presentation.
• Lead the planning and execution of golf tournaments and weekly events from start to finish.
• Help maintain top-tier practice facilities, manage cart staging, and support the outside service team.
• Serve as an on-site leader for outside tournament events, liaising with internal and external partners.
• Contribute to administrative duties including POS transactions, communication, and reporting.

Requirements:
Friendly, professional, and passionate about golf and hospitality.
Able to take initiative, work well in a team environment, and maintain a polished demeanor.
An experienced golf services or retail professional (2–4 years preferred).
Familiar with Foretees, Pacesetter, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
A licensed driver with the ability to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
PGA membership is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
$24.00 – $30.00 per hour.
