Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Opening and closing of shop.
• 1–2 shifts working with the guest services team per week.
• Five-day work weeks during the offseason, up to six-day work weeks during the season based on schedule.
• Managing operations of shop and guest services, includes scheduling and supervision.
• Support in training new hires.
• Assist with tournament operations.
• Assist with merchandise operations: purchasing, receiving, displaying, and inventory.
• Play golf with members, including Pro-Am events when possible.
• Teach lessons, including creating summer junior golf and beginner golf programs.
• Handle club repair opportunities (e.g., re-gripping, re-shafting, etc.).
• Use Gallus golf tournament software.
• Conduct oneself professionally at all times.

Requirements:
At least one year’s experience in golf operations.
Have passed PAT.
Level one in the PGA PGM Associate Program.
