Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is looking for an assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position will directly report to the Head Golf Professional and assists in running the day-to-day golf operation in accordance to the policies and procedures set forth by the club. This person will manage and supervise the Golf Operation in the Head Golf Professional’s absence. All duties shall be performed with the highest degree of professionalism and customer service in order to exceed the expectations of the members and their guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily management of a first-class private club golf operation.
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise outside services staff to ensure member satisfaction.
• Assist Head Golf Professional with tournament operations.
• Assist with USGA GHIN handicap system.
• Instruct lessons and clinics for men, women, and Operation 36 Jr. Program.
• Play golf with a wide variety of members and participate in local PGA Section tournaments.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory control, and purchasing of soft and hard goods.
• Lead golf operation with a clear vision while adhering to Club policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Private club experience preferred but not required.
