Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Hartland, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for helping the General Manager/Director of Golf oversee daily clubhouse operations, as well as coordinating leagues, outings and special events.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Help supervise daily clubhouse operations and assist General Manager / Director of Golf in various duties related to managing the golf course.
2. Help coordinate golf outings and special events.
3. Assist in directing leagues and junior golf programs
4. Assist in training, scheduling & supervising clubhouse staff, starter/rangers, beverage servers & cart attendants
5. Assist in planning/set up for outings & special events, and work with food/beverage staff to prepare & order for these events.
6. Assist in maintaining tee time reservations and scheduling of pre-arranged leagues, outings & special events.
7. Maintain inventory of, and recommend purchases for the golf shop merchandise & office supplies.
8. Work scheduled hours as assigned.
9. Professionally represent the course to members, daily fee customers and other guests & groups.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years golf shop experience, as well as individual and group instruction.
Previous supervisory experience is required.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
