Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Brewster, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-end Member and guest experience.
• Conduct tournament operations.
o Perform work with Golf Genius Tournament Management.
o Successfully accomplish planning, preparation, execution, and wrap up of events.
• Contribute to the golf shop merchandising operation.
o Sell, display, promote, and merchandise inventory.
o Assist with inventory management through monthly inventory counts, invoice entry, and following proper inventory control procedures.
• Involved in teaching and instructional programming.
o Junior Golf Clinics.
o Ladies Graduate Program.
o Individual Instruction as requested.
• Assist in team building, training, and management.
o Perform daily operational responsibilities.
o Excel at clear verbal and written communications with team members.
o Commit time to motivate and help other team members successfully and effectively satisfy their roles.
• Fulfill duties as a Starter and Ranger (specifically pace of play monitoring/regulation).
• Play golf with members and participate in member games on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
PGA Certification or Associate classification.
Golf Genius Tournament software exposure.
ClubEssentials POS experience (or the like).

Compensation:
$1,200.00 – $1,400.00 per week.
