Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Quechee, Vermont is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Play an integral role in all aspects of operations. Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, this position collaborates closely with the entire professional staff. Responsibilities include involvement in Men’s and Women’s Tournament Programs (18- and 9-Hole), Junior Golf, private and group instruction, and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, strong character, a passion for the game, and a commitment to helping others improve.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Proactively engage with members to enhance their experience.
• Support Men’s, Ladies’, Mixed, and Junior golf programs.
• Oversee daily play, ensuring proper pace of play management.
• Build strong relationships with department heads to develop a comprehensive understanding of club operations.
• Assist with merchandising and golf shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide private and group golf instruction.
• Promote and support all club activities.
• Participate in NEPGA & VT Chapter tournaments as schedule allows.
• Play golf with a variety of member groups when time permits.
• Maintain active and reputable standing with the PGA of America.

Compensation:
$800.00 – $1,200.00 per week.
