Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Carson City, Nevada is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Participate in overseeing the entire Golf Operations under the supervision of the Director of Golf and the Head Golf Professional during the golf season of May-October. This position will pursue the goal of exceeding member and guest expectations and will be a leader and positive role-model for other staff.

Duties:
• Providing outstanding service and support to our members and their guests through assistance in the retail and tournament operations.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operation.
• Involvement in golf instruction and be able to conduct golf clinics.
• Assist in the selection of merchandise and management of the annual buying plan.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication with managers and fellow coworkers.
• Class PGA Membership, Level 1 or higher maintained.

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
One to three years of related work experience and/or training.
2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
PGA Level 1 or higher.

Compensation:
$20.00 – $27.50 per hour.
