Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Dayton, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Head Professional, the position will provide meaningful support in all aspects of the golf operation including, but not limited to the following: member relations, tournament and event management, teaching and instruction, merchandising and sales, mentorship and aid to caddies and support staff, and an inspired passion and knowledge of the game.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Member service.
• Daily operations.
• Tournament operations and assisting with the club’s major tournaments.
• Assist with instructional programming.
• Player development.
• Staff development and team building.
• All things related to the golf shop and golf operation.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 or more years experience in a similar position is preferred.
Registered PGA associate or current PGA Member in good standing is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Golf Management or related field is preferred.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
