Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Winter Springs, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all members, guests, and employees.
• Promotes all golf activities.
• Assist with orders for merchandise for the golf shop.
• Assist with orders of supplies associated with golf activities.
• Maintains attractive, orderly appearance in the golf shop.
• Delivers knowledgeable golf instruction including individual, group, and clinics.
• Plays golf with members of all skill levels to encourage enthusiasm.
• Collects charges and fees for all golf-related activities.
• Assist with club tournaments, league play, outside tournaments, junior and ladies golf.
• Assist with enforcement of club policies, rules, and regulations.
• Motivates staff members daily.
• Trains new staff members.
• Delivers high-level customer service, hospitality to members and guests.
• Performs daily cash reconciliation.

Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Post-secondary education preferred.
PGA Class A Membership or Pursuit towards PGA Class A Membership.
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create and disseminate written correspondence.
Ability to motivate and develop players.
Must be computer literate.

Compensation:
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
