Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Humble, Texas is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position will work daily with the Director of Agronomy and Tournament Course Superintendent to ensure the club’s high standards and expectations are being met. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting/busy work environment to prepare you for the next step of your career.

Requirements:
2-4 year degree in agronomy or related field.
1-3 years as Assistant Superintendent or related field.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Implement agronomic programs for turfgrass health.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Efficient crew scheduling/routing.
Must have basic computer skills. (Excel/Word).
Irrigation water management (Toro Site Pro).
Possesses or be able to obtain a Texas Pesticide License.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
