Golf Pro Shop Attendant
Golf Shop in Naples, Florida is looking for a Golf Pro Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the tee sheet throughout the day. This role involves ensuring that all charges are correctly applied, addressing any errors, monitoring the course pace of play, maintaining a direct line of communication with the professional staff and providing excellent customer service to members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Maintain the accuracy of the tee sheet by promptly recording all bookings and cancellations.
• Ensure adherence to the updated policies regarding charging the tee sheet and reconciling player counts with the starter(s).
• Accurately and efficiently charge members and guests as they check in for their tee times.
• Correct any errors on the tee sheet from past days or weeks, ensuring records are always current.
• Monitor pace of play on the course using Tagmarshal, address any issues promptly to professional staff
• Answer phone calls and respond to all inquiries from members and guests.
• Take clear and concise messages for the Head Professional, Lead Assistant Professional and other team members, ensuring clear communication within the team.
• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all activities behind the counter in the golf shop during your shift.
• Confidence in answering questions about Chelsea, GHIN and Club Event Schedule over the phone.
• Comfortable booking tee times, sending out tee sheet and overflow list during closing procedures.

Requirements:
Experience recommended (not required) with the following software programs:
Chelsea Reservations.
Jonas Point of Sale.
Golf Genius.
GHIN Handicap Service.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
