Head Golf Professional
Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Oversee and manage golf operations and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional golf experience. This role requires a focus on providing high-quality services and programs to all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise golf staff, including assistant professionals, outside services, tournament sales, and retail staff.
• Implement policies, procedures, and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Oversee golf services and operations, including the reservation system and the management of play.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of golf cars.
• Track and verify player, guest, and charge details (e.g., golf cars, club care, locker, and handicap fees).
• Administer the handicap program and enforce course rules and regulations.
• Lead a dynamic tournament program for all customer segments.
• Oversee golf instruction and development programs for all members and guests.
• Ensure smooth operation of the practice facility and maintain strong collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of events, apparel, lessons, and others
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor all golf-related revenues and expenses.
• Establish sales goals for golf programs and services, monitor progress, and analyze reports.
• Assist in all golf-related purchasing, inventory, and physical shop displays.
• Approve weekly payroll, time sheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Assist in the development and publication of newsletters and promotional materials.
