Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Harbor Springs, Michigan is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
The candidate will be a key contributor to the golf operation and the success of the club. The primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional golf experience to the members and guests. You will have the opportunity to learn and work aside PGA Professionals who want to see you grow professionally and personally.

• Serve our members and guests in a manner that reflects the quality of the club.

The golf programs, staff responsibilities, and overall scope of our golf operation are organized around the following areas. Each area is equally important to our success as a staff, and it is critical to coordinate the programs with sensitivity as to how it impacts the overall golf operation. Each area will be assigned to a specific staff member for his or her management. The assigned manager of each area will be responsible for delegating tasks and assignments so that each member of the professional staff is informed and involved in how that area of the operation is organized and how it fits within the scope of our golf operation. As a manager, please understand the importance of educating and training the subordinate staff as they develop their skills as Golf Professionals.

• Merchansiding.
• Women’s Golf.
• Member Services.
• Instruction Programs.
• Golf Shop Service Operations.
• Tournament Programs.
• General & Admin. Operations.

Requirements:
Warm customer service, work ethic, willingness to learn, and execute prior knowledge.

Compensation:
$850.00 – $950.00 per week.
